Our Heart for Dearborn
Our mission is simple: making and maturing disciples of Jesus for the glory of God. We long to be God-exalting across Dearborn and greater Detroit.
We gather corporately and in small groups to worship, study Scripture, and build genuine fellowship — and we scatter to share the gospel in word and deed, advancing God’s kingdom locally and globally.

Brad Stolman
Senior Pastor
Brad joined DCF in 2004 and became Senior Pastor in 2019. He holds an M.Div. from Reformed Theological Seminary and a finance degree from Calvin University. Married to Lisa, with four sons.
Mike Bonser
Discipleship & Outreach Pastor
Mike brings 20 years of youth ministry experience in Detroit and Denver and a master’s from Moody Seminary. Married to Robyn since 1989, with two adult sons.
Justin Makowski
Pastor of Worship & Family Ministries
Justin joined staff in 2017 after studying Music Theory and Youth Ministry at Hope College. He and his wife Elly have been married since 2015.
Brennen Westra
ALIVE Middle School Director
Brennen joined DCF in 2019 and works full-time as a controls engineer. He loves the outdoors and gaming.
Melanie Horger
Executive Administrative Assistant
Melanie has served as Executive Administrative Assistant since 2016. She’s married to Matt, and they have three children.
Connie Kress
Office Assistant
Connie joined the DCF team in January 2023 and helps keep the office running smoothly.
